We want you to love your new Heelys, but if you're not rolling with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all wheels, plugs, and tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

Pack Your Gear

Place the unworn Heelys back in their original shoebox along with all wheel components and the removal tool.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your shipping box.

Drop Off and Refund

Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
